Abstract:
Abstract : Second Harmonic Generation in ZnS nanocrystal quantum dot is observed in laboratory. ZnS quantum dots have been synthesized by simple chemical method. Absorbance UV-visible spectrum, XRD, HRTEH study established its nano characteristics. Approximate sizes are found around 10 nm. Size of quantum dots are restricted by synthesizing them in PVA matrix. Here in this paper we have taken a mathematical approach of origin of generation of S.H. wave and finally to substantiates our result found in practice.
