The most important advantages of abrasive water jet are the capability to cut nearly every material, the low cutting temperature and the negligible cutting forces. When end users are interviewed, most of them point out that the most critical problem of abrasive water jet machines is the machining characteristics of the system, together with the difficulty in estimating their cutting qualities. The effect of the three process parameters, i.e., water pressure, abrasive mass flow rate and traverse speed on surface roughness, material removal rate and kerf width will investigated. In this investigation, it will using full factorial method is designed with three levels of AWJM parameters with the help of software Minitab version 16. It is predicted that full factorial method is a good method for optimization of various machining parameters as it reduce number of experiments.
