Here, a standard quadratic congruence of even composite modulus- a prime multiple of a powered odd prime is formulated. The formula established is tested and verified true by solving numerical examples. Formulation made it easy to find all the solutions in a short time. Formulation is the merit of the paper. It was not formulated by earlier mathematicians and also by the author. First time, a formulation is presented by the author.
