In educational field, online and blended learning mechanism provide innovative and flexible opportunities for teachers and students to involve in effective and creative teaching learning process. Digital competency of the educators will provide a great opportunity to explore innovative information resources which will open new horizon of knowledge to students. Study on Digital Competency Among Educators in Arts and Science Colleges in Kerala reveals that the digital divide among the awareness and use of digital aids are high in higher education which need special attention. Authorities must take measure to increase the awareness, access and use of digital resource among educators to make the teaching learning process cope up with changing educational scenario.
