The ease in shopping process is the most important factor that people consider while shopping. The problem in the existing system is that sometimes when people go to a shopping centre, they are not aware of the location of various products in the store and this leads to a lot confusion while shopping. Another problem is long queues at the cash counter. The main aim of this project is to make the shopping process easy by making a shopping trolley act like a navigation tool to take the customer to the location of the products he/she wishes to buy. The trolley will be controlled with the help of an app. Modified Floyd-warshall’s algorithm will be used to calculate the shortest path. To recommend various products to the user, either Apriori algorithm or collaborative filtering approach will be used.
