Millet milk, ragi, guava, RTS beverage, type 2 diabetes, glycemic control, antioxidant activity.
Millets, including sorghum, foxtail, pearl millet, and finger millet, are grains with a low-to-moderate glycemic index, rich in fiber and micronutrients that are beneficial for blood glucose regulation. Guava also offers fiber, antioxidants, and potential glucose-lowering effects. This study developed a Ready-to-Serve (RTS) beverage by combining millet milks and guava pulp.
