The reliability of the instrument was tested for internal consistency using the Split-half reliability technique and it yielded a mean ( ) reliability coefficient of 0.76. Data collected were analyzed using means ( ) and Standard Deviations. The findings of the study showed that the stakeholders’ perception is positive, their knowledge is good and their attitude is positive toward the goal to end poverty.
