| Abstract: | In light of India's booming retail industry and reliance on the internet, e-commerce offers a considerable possibility. In light of the goal to survive and surpass need in this circumstance, online retailers have the opportunity to discover buyer choice and adapt their offerings to assure consumer loyalty. People may be adopting this contemporary and flexible buying approach, especially the technologically astute 20- to 30-year-olds who think that making good use of resources is crucial to ensure a positive E-commerce experience. This study sought to determine whether there was a relationship between consumer awareness, the shopping experience, and their pleasure with online purchasing. This survey's sample consisted of college graduates in suburban area of Kolkata, and model testing was performed on 825 of 840 responses. The findings confirm the positive connection between consumer watchfulness, the purchasing experience, and customer happiness. |
