Abstract:	Abstract: Women empowerment is a critical component of sustainable development, and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) have emerged as a powerful tool in promoting women's socio-economic progress. This research paper aims to analyze the role of Self-Help Groups in women empowerment in Wardha district, India. The study employs a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative interviews and quantitative data analysis to assess the impact of SHGs on women's empowerment indicators such as economic independence, decision-making, and social status. The findings shed light on the significance of SHGs in fostering women's empowerment and offer valuable insights for policymakers, development practitioners, and stakeholders to strengthen and expand such initiatives
