| Abstract: | The five-membered heterocyclic ring oxadiazole symbolizes the significance of a structural key in pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry. Four distinct isomers of oxadiazole exist 1,2,3-oxadiazole, 1,2,5-oxadiazole, 1,3,4-oxadiazole and 1,2,4-oxadiazole. Due to their extensive spectrum of chemical and biological properties, the 1,3,4-oxadiazole and 1,2,4-oxadiazole are better and are extensively investigated by researchers. The aromatic heterocyclic 1,3,4-oxadiazole has two nitrogen and one oxygen in its nucleus.
