Employers have benefited from having a team with more advanced digital skills. A digitally integrated workforce is made possible by ever-improving technology. Through improved productivity, cost savings, a more mobile and agile workforce, and generally better flexibility and adaptation in an ever more complicated environment, organizations are profiting from the expanding digitalization of the workplace. Businesses are working with more diversified and international partners. The study aims to observe the methods and digital tools by which can enhance the Employee Engagement & the impact of digitization on various HR functions such as recruitment, learning and development, performance management and compensation.
