In this manner the weight decrease of the vehicle is the genuine need of the present car industry. The knuckle is tried under various stacking conditions like Knock, Cornering and Braking. For completing the examination two sorts of materials are picked. They are Al7075 and Solid metal. After examination the material that has less misshapening and great factor of safety is chosen and further the assembling procedure was finished.
