Abstract

The present investigation has been done using aqueous and ethanol extract of Shorea robusta Gaertn against Fusarium oxyporum MTCC-284 strain. Bark, leaves, flowers and fruits as plant organs were used for plant extracts. Phytochemical tests and antifungal tests were performed. Sabouraud Dextrose Agar as a medium used to perform agar well diffusion technique. 250mg/ml concentration of extract was used. One dilution that is 31.25 mg/ml, 15.62 mg/ml, 7.81 mg/ml and 3.91 mg/ml were used where 31.25 mg/ml concentration results best for ethanolic extracts against Fusarium oxyporum.
