Therapeutic diet is composed part of health management and promotion. This paper guides community health workers regarding diet for various pathological, non-communicable and communicable diseases. Recommended diets are enlisted with foods to be included and avoided. This a health literacy guide for health workers whose assistance with knowledge will help recovery and therapeutic adherence of community people and alleviate anxiety and guide family members of diseased persons at a great significance.
