Abstract:
Sky - Clouds obtained from the camera on the ground are usually taken using a fisheye lens with a wide viewing angle. However, the sky has a wider dynamic range in terms of brightness than conventional cameras that can capture images. Therefore, it is difficult to record the details of the whole scene with a normal camera in a single shot. In most cases, the circumsolar area will be exposed to too much light and the area near the horizon will be exposed to too little light. This makes the segmentation on the cloud for such images difficult. In this article, we propose an Enhanced Cloud Detection Segmentation (ECDS) technique, which is an effective way for segmenting the cloud using (HDR) based on the fusion of multiple exposure points. We describe the process of creating HDR images and publishing new databases for the community for comparison. Our presentation method uses the radiant image of the HYGTA + GT for cloud segmentation and gives very good results.
