It is a significant, new, non-combination strategy for joining sheet and plate material. Titanium sheets were welded with variety of different boundaries that outcomes in various results and nature of joints, the FSW joint got by funnel shaped apparatus at 1000 rpm results a normal rigidity of 430MPa, same instrument at 1780 rpm came about a FSW joint with elasticity of 410Mpa. After the ductile testing results different example were tried with comparable qualities and the normal strength results demonstrated that fruitful joint can be made whenever set boundaries are determined correctly.
