Globally digital payment is growing significantly. In today’s digital world, devices like smartphones, tablets, laptop have become necessity of life. These devices brought the world knowledge on figure tips of everybody. Today we are connected by supporting apps/software, an individual person can perform many tasks like from working, calling, texting, shopping, booking tickets, buy/sell goods, etc. These utilities generate the perpetual scope for digital or online payment system. Now, mobile users use their smartphones to make money transaction or payment by using applications installed on their phone. The use of Digital Wallets and online payments methods have increased as result of this. This study undertakes to give a better insight about the new age banking (digital wallets) services. This study helps in understanding how the Kirana stores (petty shops) and Street vendors are using digital payments on their daily transactions and the factors that influence the kirana store holders and street vendors in adoption of new age banking in India. This study on “new age banking” shows the impact on business of Kirana stores and street vendors.
