This study aims to: 1) determine the condition of the Technology Business Incubator at the UNM Engineering Faculty; 2) What are the opportunities and challenges in Building a Technology-based Start-Up Business. Analysis of the opportunities and challenges of implementing the Technology Business Incubator at the Faculty of Engineering UNM for the field of Information Technology-Based Start UP in order to foster entrepreneurial competence in students, so that references can be obtained regarding effective and efficient business incubator best practices. The method used in this research is qualitative method. In addition, the method used in this study is a descriptive method.
