Abstract: In this digital age, integrating Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into education has become essential. This study aims to explore the attitudes and competencies of secondary-level English teachers in using ICT tools for teaching. By assessing teachers' attitudes towards ICT adoption and their level of competence in integrating technology into English language instruction, the research seeks to identify challenges and opportunities for enhancing ICT integration in secondary-level English classrooms. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and qualitative interviews, to gather comprehensive insights into the topic. The findings will contribute valuable information to promote effective ICT integration and support professional development programs for teachers at the secondary level.
