This research intends to shed light on how product innovation and technopreneurship affect the caliber of Grab application services. This study used a quantitative research design. Utilizing observation, questionnaires, and documentation, the data was gathered. Grab users make up the study's sample, which consists of 100 respondents selected from the rappocini community. Regression line analysis is the method of data analysis performed. The study's findings support the assertion that Grab users' actions in Rappocini are simultaneous, significant, and have an impact on the services provided by the Grab application (Y).
