Before contacting a doctor, the goal is to develop a medical chatbot utilizing artificial intelligence that can identify the illness and provide basic information about it.Using a medical chatbot will lower healthcare expenses and increase access to medical information. The chat-bots are computer programs that communicate with users by using natural language. In order to recognize the sentence keywords, make a query choice, and provide an answer, the chat-bot stores the information in a database. This article offers a concise overview of the applications for healthcare chat-bots, outlining their advantages, drawbacks, and patient dangers. |
