Abstract:	Exposure influences resistance. This qualitative study analyzed resistance behaviours of participants in a job interview. A structured open-ended questionnaire was administered to a purposive sample from the niche population of Chartered Accountants. Thematic analyses and interpretation find that interviewers are concerted in their resistance, whereas candidates' resistance is confused.
