The goal of this review article is to investigate the influence of digital marketing and its significance for both consumers and marketers. This paper begins with an introduction to digital marketing, followed by a discussion of the mediums of digital marketing, the differences between traditional and digital marketing, and the benefits, cons, and importance of digital marketing in today's world. Marketing is no exception to the world's move from analogue to digital. As technology advances, so does the usage of digital marketing, social media marketing, and search engine marketing. Internet users are continuously expanding, and digital marketing has benefited the most because it is mostly dependent on the internet. Consumer purchasing habits are shifting, and they are becoming more receptive to digital marketing.
