Abstract:
It decreases blood pressure safely and effectively without excessive blood pressure reduction or tachycardia. Cilnidipine acts on the L-type calcium channels of blood vessels by blocking the incoming calcium and suppressing the contraction of blood vessels, thereby reducing blood pressure.
