The Enantioselective and Diastereo activities of oxa-hetero-Diels-Alder reactions of aryl trifluoromethyl ketones with enones that give the tetrahydropyranone derivatives are catalyzed by the system of nano amine-based catalyst are reported. The tetrahydropyranone products reactions had major diastereomers are obtained in the virtual stereochemistry different from that of the past synthesized derivatives of tetrahydropyranone
