Abstract: The most common skin issue from a variety of causes, acne vulgaris—commonly known as acne—has a higher frequency in teens. As a result of androgen-induced increased sebum production, altered keratinization, inflammation, and Propionibacterium acnes bacterial colonization of hair follicles on the face, neck, chest, and back, acne is a chronic inflammatory illness of the pilosebaceous unit. Seborrhoea (excess grease), non-inflammatory lesions (open and closed comedones), inflammatory lesions (papules and pustules), and varying degrees of scarring are some of the clinical characteristics of acne. One prospective research of 133 kids aged 5.5 to 12 years, followed for an average of 2.5 years, discovered that at first, just a small number of glands in the face were producing sebum, but as time went on, more and more glands began to do so. Unsaturated phosphatidyl choline, a minor amount of ethanol, and a small quantity of a blend of terpenes (cinnamic acid, citral, and d-limonene) made up the invadesomes. In an ethanolic phospholipid solution, the drug is combined with terpenes, or terpene combinations, for dissolution. To get a clear solution, the mixture is vortexed for 5 min, followed by 5 min of sonication. Phosphate buffer saline (PBS) (pH: 7.4) is continuously injected into the solution using a syringe.
