Abstract: Education is the key to the development of any society which depends on the quality of teachers. teacher's Knowledge, teacher's dedication, teacher's quality, teacher's professional commitment and his internal Motivation is responsible teaching learning process. Because teacher education requires multidisciplinary input and high-quality content as well as pedagogy, all teacher education programs must be conducted within composite multidisciplinary institutions. Primary Education Secondary Education Higher Secondary Education Higher Education University Education Teaching at the level of teaching and research in all these subjects and courses should be the main aim of teacher education in imparting knowledge and management to the students Emphasis on teacher training institutions and curriculum. The National Education Policy 2020 incorporated the new system of teacher education in coordination with the opinions of various educationists and the Government of India. It will be the implementation of a brand new and thorough National Curriculum for Teacher Education at NCFTE 2021 based on the National Education Policy 2020. NCERT will be engaged for the development of this syllabus. According to the current new system, the teacher's knowledge and experience are more important. He did not judge the new and old teachers. The State Governments will prepare a cadre of professionally competent trainers for the care and education of students through professional training, counselling and career mapping at specific levels. Emphasis on safety aspects under the supervision of in-pre service teachers.
